(TSX:HBM) today announced it will hold its annual general meeting of
shareholders on Thursday, June 23, 2005 in Toronto.
The meeting will take place in the gallery of the Toronto Stock
Exchange at 130 King Street West, with proceedings scheduled to begin at
10:30 a.m. ET.
Peter R. Jones, President and Chief Executive Officer and Allen J.
Palmiere, Chairman of the Board of Directors, will host the event.
